I have a very complicated immigration case, I have spend thousands of dollars on immigration attorneys and I’m now on deportation proceeding for trusting the wrong one, this video was very helpful, hopefully it’s not late to fight back.
Agree with wink37. I’m an immigration atty also, and these “rules” are mostly self-serving, somewhat like Shusterman’s personal biography. Working for DHS proves little, as many ICE attorneys currently have no clue as to what happens on the USCIS side, and vice versa. Shusterman worked for INS 27 years ago, how will that help someone now?It belies his opening statement of highly complex and constantly evolving law.
I’m an attorney with some immigration experience. A lot of idiots work as DHS (formerly INS) attorneys, so I’m not so sure I agree with rule #2.
comprehensive and the best advice I have heard or read so far. Many Thanks
very useful … thanks a lot
